Meet The Founder
As the founder of Rooted In Science, Giampaola Murphy is an Agronomist dedicated to sustainable agriculture and ecological responsibility. Her journey began in Brazil, where she gained practical experience in regenerative farming and earned a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, followed by a Master's in Agriculture in the UK. Inspired by her work on pesticide-free farms in the UK, Giampaola recognized the potential of urban environments to support vibrant greenery. Now, based in London, she focuses on maintaining and enhancing existing rooftop gardens using sustainable practices. At Rooted In Science, we offer expert maintenance services that create beautiful, harmonious spaces, ensuring gardens thrive in a way that benefits both the environment and those who enjoy them.
